The citizens of Yucaipa are increasingly concerned about our newly seated city Ccouncil. Several months ago, citizens began hearing rumors that certain city council members were planning to fire Ray Casey to put Yucaipa Water District member and Canyon Lakes city manager, Chris Mann, in his place as city manager. Those rumors became a reality at the last city council meeting. In more than 20 years of service to Yucaipa, no one has done more to improve the quality of life and public safety than Ray Casey.
