Looking for a way to honor veterans and the country? The annual Yucaipa-Calimesa Veteran's Day ceremony will be held Nov. 11, at 11 a.m. at Yucaipa Community Park. This theme this year is 'Honor,' which is also the VA's national theme. The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs explains the theme, 'Veterans are proud of their military service in defending our Nation. Honor reflects the military value and tradition of answering the call to duty. There is distinct honor in serving to protect our way of life and the Constitution of the United States of America.
