Nine-hundred South Mesa Water company shareholders were represented at the company's annual meeting on Feb. 21, 2023, as the company's five member Board of Directors was unanimously re-elected. South Mesa Board President Dave Dutchover said, 'In a time of drought and uncertainty in many parts of California, South Mesa has endeavored to not only maintain the stability of our water supplies and affordable water rates, but to expand our resiliency. 'We serve a severely disadvantaged community and for our board that means working hard to make sure that water is the least of our shareholders' daily concerns,' Dutchover said.
