Yucaipa Councilman Duncan's speech was not the way we would expect an elected official to speak to the people he's suppose to represent. It was disrespectful and is in close comparison to Pelosi when she ripped up the President's speech. This is not what we expect and it destroys his credibility from the citizens he serves. We expect more professionalism than this and yes we hold him to a higher standard than the citizens that speak out of frustration in order to be heard. For those that think, this is all about the North Bench, you're wrong.
