There will be special guests, samples and the traditional grand opening fanfare we've come to expect from founders Elise and Matt Thomas.The Cookie Co. new storefront will open Sat. Oct. 22 and is located at 31495 Yucaipa Boulevard, Suite 2 in Yucaipa.
